The Disk Clean-up tool in Windows 10 doesn't much time left until Microsft replaces it with another tool. If you prefer your operating system's own Cleanmgr utility, you can turn to Cleanmgr+, which is an improved version. It removes all useless files that were left behind by the operating system and third-party applications, to free up some disk space and make your system run smoother. Cleanmgr+ is capable of removing a wide range of data that you don't need. You can aim it at update files, temporary Internet data, Recycle Bin contents, old prefetch data and many other junk items. You can also target data from third-party web browsers, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, which can leave a huge amount of temporary data behind them after some time.

If you're not sure what data categories to select, you can click a "Detect" option, to let the software choose for you. Furthermore, before you commit to anything, you can hit a "Preview" option to see what files will be deleted. This way, you can make sure that nothing important will get caught in the cleanup process. Running the actual cleanup job can be with a single click, and it doesn't take more than a minute to complete it.
